• Returns or exchanges are available only if the piece has a manufacturing defect or fault.
• Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and attach photos showing the issue.
• Custom-made or altered pieces (custom sizing or design changes) cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The piece must be unused when returned.
• If the return is approved, the refund is issued through the original payment method.
